Create Photo Book

Tips to create photo book worth its audience's attention.

Since I was little, I already loved playing with my photo book. I used to cut up my photos in odd shapes and sizes (don't try on other people's photos!) then categorize and decorate them in my photo book.

I was already really satisfied with my photo album since it was interesting to look at. But lately I realized that I could make it even better by adding little comments or "stories" to every few pictures.

I tried it out and once I did, not only does the meaning of each photo become more prounounced but it also began to look to me like a movie rolling before my eyes.

You can give this a try, it's simple and very fun for children too.

Materials

  • A photo album or even a blank book (sorta like a scrapbook).
  • Your photos.
  • A pen/marker.

Steps

  1. Categorize the photos first.
  2. Write down on scratch paper or stickies what you're planning to say. You don't need to say something for every photo just make sure there are not gaps in telling the story.
  3. Now arrange the photos in the photo book and double check that they are in good order.
  4. Then write your commentaries into the photo book next to the matching pictures.
  5. When you're done with each match, cross them out and continue to the next.

And that's it!
